 These are very solid and heavy-duty, but even though I don't have super-oily skin, they have a tendency to slip down on my nose no matter how I adjust the spatulas.

If I don't keep pushing them back up, they go all the way down and do a clothespin pinch on my nostrils. I like to breathe through my nose, sometimes.

I really don't want to have to buy sandpaper nose bridge pads to keep them on my nose properly. Or maybe get sub-dermal magnet implants to make them stay in one place. If there's another solution, please comment on this review.

These are brand-new but vintage Bausch & Lomb Ray-Ban sunglasses. Authenticity can be verified by noting the small "BL" etching on the lens. I think the first pair cost about $65, but then, I was making about $1.25 an hour at the time, too (and gasoline was 35 cents a gallon!). My how times change! These are heavy and expensive, but I am used to the weight. I like the cable earpieces. If you have the normal earpieces, the weight of the glasses tends to make them slip down or off when one looks downward - especially if it is hot and you are sweating. You can easily adjust the cable portion with a pair of needle-nosed pliers to fit comfortably. Optically these are absolutely perfect and there is no problem in wearing them all day.

I don't fish, so I don't need polarized lenses and given that, I will always choose the near perfect optics of glass. This item was well priced and exactly as advertised. It arrived quickly and well packed. Good buying experience
